
Tomato sauce:
1 can Tomato sauce
1 spoon Tomato paste
3 spoons Olive oil
½ onion
8 lives of basil
Salt & pepper
Brown the onion with salt in olive oil, add tomato sauce and tomato paste. Add a cup of water and pepper. Let it shrink for until is half the size of before. The color of the tomato sauce should slightly change color.
Add basil leaves and the pasta mix and serve.

Butter and Sage:
100 gr butter
4 leaves of sage
2 Ground garlic
Salt&Pepper
Melt the butter in a pan with the sage, when the butter start changing color add the garlic pepper and salt. Let it golden. Add the pasta mix and serve.

Pesto:
1 cup of olive oil
2 cups of Basil leaves
30 gr pine seeds
50 gr grated parmesan
A pinch of salt
Put everything in a mixer pulse until all the ingredients blend together, do not blend in full speed. Do not over mix or the green will discolor.
Do not cook the pesto, add the sauce in a bowl on the pasta, mix well and serve.
